What happens on the day, what it costs, and who is responsible for what.
Services
The service is residential repair of built-in and professional appliances in Rancho Santa Fe. Commercial kitchens, installation of new equipment and cabinetry work are outside it.
Before anything is replaced
Rancho Santa Fe Sub-Zero Appliance Repair Experts prices the repair once the cause is known. If the appliance behaves perfectly while the technician is standing in front of it, that is what you will be told — not a part swap and an invoice.
How a visit is arranged
Visits are booked by phone on (858) 923-5340 or through the online booking link. Same-day slots are available most days; which day you get depends on the schedule and on whether the part is already on the van.
Money
Every repair is quoted before work begins, as one figure covering parts and labor. Payment falls due when the job is finished, not before.
Parts
We buy OEM parts, or source them from an authorized supplier when the factory part is unavailable, and fit those. Pattern and refurbished components are available and Rancho Santa Fe Sub-Zero Appliance Repair Experts does not use them unless you ask and we have agreed in advance.
What we need on site
A custom wine cooler repair unit is repaired in place rather than dragged out, which means the front of it has to be reachable — and where the fault involves water, so does the shut-off. An adult over 18 must be present throughout the visit.
Guarantee on the repair
Our warranty is specific rather than sweeping — the same part failing the same way is covered, in labor and in parts. The cover is for the repair carried out, and not for a different fault appearing later, damage from misuse or a power event, or work someone else does afterwards. And if your Rancho Santa Fe appliance is still under the manufacturer's warranty, start there; sealed-system cover normally hinges on who carried out the work.
What we are and are not responsible for
Rancho Santa Fe Sub-Zero Appliance Repair Experts is licensed and insured, and the license details are provided on request before work begins. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, manufacturer defects, spoiled food, or problems unrelated to the repair we carried out.
Cancelling a visit
A booking can be moved or cancelled free of charge up to the point the technician is dispatched. One phone call does it.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of the State of California.
